In our Teenage Athletic Development program, athletes can expect a comprehensive training experience designed to enhance their overall performance and athletic skills.
The program includes progressive strength training to build muscle and prevent injuries, dynamic speed and agility drills to improve quickness and directional changes, power exercises to boost explosive movements, and aerobic conditioning for sustained energy and endurance.
Additionally, athletes will receive valuable education on sports nutrition to optimize their diet for peak performance and recovery. Led by experienced trainers, this holistic approach ensures that each athlete is well-prepared for the demands of competitive sports.
Competitive sports/athletic experience is recommended. Ability to follow a structured class environment and willingness to be coached!
