Kids fit program
Our Kids Fit Classes provide a fun and engaging blend of fitness training and nutritional education for children ages 6-12, promoting healthy habits and overall well-being.

age-appropriate fitness
Classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from August 26 through November 15 (12 Weeks) at the following times:
- Hammerheads (Ages 9-12) - 4:30 to 5:30 PM
- Baby Sharks (Ages 5-8) - 5:45 to 6:30 PM

No Fitness experience needed. Just sign-up and get ready for some fun fitness activities! .
